Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Spec AI subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our subscriptions. To request a refund:

• Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
• Email us at mahinkhattak@gmail.com from the email address on your order and we will help you.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing to stop future renewals. You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
